Eligibility. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United Kingdom. Directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents of Citrix Systems and event sponsors and its subsidiaries, or promotional agencies and members of their immediate families (defined as children, parents, siblings or spouses) are not eligible to participate in the promotion.

How To Enter. No purchase or obligation necessary. You will automatically be entered into the promotion upon attendance and entry to the drinks reception at the Citrix Partner Accelerator event held on 11 March 2010 in Birmingham. Entrants must have a valid Event Driving Licence Card (issued at event registration on the day of the event) and must attend all the event sessions as stipulated by Citrix. Entrants must also be present at the drinks reception and announcement of the prize draw.

How You Could Win. A random prize draw. Citrix will draw an entry at random from all eligible entries. The successful winner will be announced at the event on 11 March 2010. Entrants will be required to complete an entry card (Event Driving Licence Card) with all event sessions attended stamped as valid by Citrix on the day. You will also be required to correctly answer a skill-testing question and complete a simple event questionnaire. The first selected entrant with a correct and valid entry card and who is also present at the prize draw will be the winner.

The prize draw will take place on 11 March 2010. Each entrant's chance of winning is dependent upon the number of entries received. An independent observer will make a transcript of the prize draw .The judges decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

Notification. The complete details of the prize will be forwarded to the winner within ten (10) working days after the draw has taken place. The winner will be listed online at: www.mycitrix.com within ten (10) days following the prize draw end date. Individuals may request the name of the winner by submitting a self-addressed, stamped envelope before 28 March 2010, to: Channel Marketing Manager at Citrix Systems UK Limited, Chalfont Park House, Chalfont Park, Chalfont St Peter, Gerrards Cross, Bucks SL9 0DZ By participating, you agree to allow Citrix to publish and include your name on such a list if you are the winner.

Affidavit; Publicity Release. The winner will be asked to sign an affidavit of eligibility and publicity release that will allow Citrix to use the winner's name, photography, likeness, voice, prize information and biographical information for publicity and promotional law purposes without further compensation where permitted by law. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of his or her name, likeness and any statements, quotes or testimonials for advertising and publicity purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Taxes. All taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. Citrix reserves the right to withhold any taxes as required by applicable law. The prize will be awarded (other than prizes withheld for tax purposes as required by applicable law) and are not transferable. No substitutions (including for cash) are permitted, but Citrix reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater monetary value to the prize if for any reason the prize cannot be awarded as contemplated in these rules.

Release. BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION, EACH ENTRANT RELEASES AND AGREES TO HOLD HARMLESS THE SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY CLAIMS, COSTS, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE RELATED TO PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, INFRINGEMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS, RIGHTS OF PUBLICITY OR PRIVACY OR DEFAMATION), ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH: (I) ENTERING THE PROMOTION; (II) ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF ANY PRIZE; OR (III) OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PROMOTION.

Conditions of Participation. By submitting an entry for this promotion, you agree to abide by these rules, the Terms and Conditions of the prize draw and any decision Citrix makes regarding this promotion. Citrix reserves the right to disqualify from the promotion and any future contest or other promotion conducted by Citrix and to take such other action as may be appropriate, any entrant or winner who, in Citrix's reasonable suspicion, tampers with the Citrix event Web site, the entry process, intentionally submits mechanical entries, violates these rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Privacy and Use of Promotion Information. Any personal information received by Citrix in connection with this promotion will be used solely in accordance with Citrix Systems privacy statement, which can be found at: www.citrix.com.
