Katherine is a Senior Innovation Manager within Lloyds TSB's Innovation & Research team. Katherine is responsible for introducing innovation and thought leadership into a number of business units, including IT & Operations. Katherine is both personally and professionally committed to ensuring that Lloyds TSB meets its aggressive energy reduction targets, particularly in the context of IT.
Prior to working with Lloyds TSB, Katherine worked for Avanade - a joint venture between Microsoft and Accenture - where she was most recently responsible for all elements of the technical and business pre-sales activities, from envisaging sessions to proposal development and customer presentations. Katherine has 10 years experience in the design and implementation of strategic technology systems in large multi-national organisations.
