He has been with NCH since June 2006. His career includes 7 years as Director of Information Systems and Technology for the City of London Police, responsible for the technology in the ring of steel as well as 'normal' ICT, and 7 years in the UK Space industry in various Engineering and IT management roles. He started his career in heavy engineering at NEI, latterly part of Rolls Royce, as a Production Engineer, involved in introducing shop floor systems. He has been the chair of the SOCITM Open Source & Police groups, and of the Police Service SOA group.
