Cancellation

  1. If the event is cancelled or re-scheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify delegates of the cancellation.
  2. If you cancel your registration on or before 1 September 2009, you can request a full refund. Your request to cancel your registration must be made in writing and received at the NCRI Conference Secretariat office on or before the date above.
  3. If you cancel your registration between 2 September 2009 and 8 September 2009, a £30.00 administration charge will be deducted from your registration fee. Any cancellation of registration received on or after 9 September 2009, the registration fee will not be refunded, however, you can substitute someone else to take your place. We must be notified of the name change on or before 25 September 2009.
  4. The Day Delegate rate applies to delegates attending for one day of the Conference only. If you wish to attend for more than one day of the Conference the appropriate full registration category applies.
  5. Delegate badges are non transferable and cannot be shared between individuals. Each delegate must register for the Conference and pay the corresponding registration fee.
  6. If you wish to cancel your Conference Dinner ticket, the cost will be refunded if the NCRI Conference Secretariat is notified in writing by 25 September 2009. No refunds will be given after this date.
  7. All refunds will be issued within 4 weeks of the end of the Conference.
