Booking Terms and Conditions

Registration is issued subject to rules and regulations of the venue and the NCRI Conference Secretariat. Full details are available on request from the NCRI Conference Secretariat, PO Box 49709, 61 Lincoln's Inn Fields, London WC2A 3WZ.

  1. If the event is cancelled or re-scheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify delegates of the cancellation.
  2. If you cancel your registration on or before 17 September 2010, you can request a full refund. Your request to cancel your registration must be made in writing and received at the NCRI Conference Secretariat office on or before the date above.
  3. If you cancel your registration between 18 September 2010 and 30 September 2010, a £30.00 administration charge will be deducted from your registration fee. Any cancellation of registration received on or after 1 October 2010, the registration fee will not be refunded, however, you can substitute someone else to take your place. We must be notified of the name change on or before 18 October 2010.
  4. The Day Delegate rate applies to delegates attending for one day of the Conference only. If you wish to attend for more than one day of the Conference the appropriate full registration category applies.
  5. Delegate badges are non transferable and cannot be shared between individuals. Each delegate must register for the Conference and pay the corresponding registration fee.
  6. If you wish to cancel your Conference Dinner ticket, the cost will be refunded if the NCRI Conference Secretariat is notified in writing by 18 October 2010. No refunds will be given after this date.
  7. All refunds will be issued within 4 weeks of the end of the Conference.
  8. NCRI reserve the right to alter or vary the programme without prior notice.
  9. NCRI accept no responsibility for any personal property.
  10. Delegates consent to filming and sound recordings as delegates at the NCRI Cancer Conference.
  11. All of these terms and conditions are governed by English Law. The delegate must comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements and venue regulations while attending the conference.
